homicide bombing: (haw - me - side) n. Bombing with the intention to kill. Antonym: demolition bombing (mining, construction). Usage: "A homicide bombing in Baghdad killed 12."

hey, how about "shi'a ethnic cleansing of sunnis" in iraq?! um, like, aren't they both the same ethnicity over there? maybe they are referring to the difference between so-called "shiite death squads" and "sunni insurgents" who are running rampant despite a "unity government" assisted by "coalition forces" in the "battle for iraq" in the "war on terror." what the heck happened to journalistic bias AGAINST jargon?! not to mention the "ethnic cleansing" bit, which I heard on NPR and read also in a Juan Cole blurb. iraqi against iraqi is NOT ethnic cleansing. unless, hmmm, it's not iraqi's. maybe we will found out the truth in 50 years.
